Delete your account

You can permanently delete your A5 Autos account and the data associated with it. This action cannot be undone.

Delete account in the mobile app (recommended)

If you use the A5 Autos app, sign in and go to:

1. Profile (bottom tab)
2. Dashboard tab → Delete Account

Terms & Conditions are available under Profile → Dashboard → Help & Support.

On the delete screen:

• Type DELETE in capital letters to confirm.
• Enter your password if you registered with email and password (Google sign-in users only need to type DELETE).
• Confirm in the app — we will email you a link that expires in 30 minutes.
• Open the email and tap Confirm delete my account. Your account is only removed after you use that link.

What is deleted

After you confirm via the email link, we permanently remove:

• Your profile (name, email, phone number, profile photo)
• Your car listings and listing images
• Favorites, compare lists, and view history tied to your account
• Your sign-in sessions and API tokens

Anonymized data that cannot identify you may be kept where required by law. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Need help?

If you cannot access the app or the confirmation email, contact support@a5autos.com from the email address on your account. We can help you complete deletion — we do not require a phone call for standard account removal.
